Dish of the week: Uncle Franks Chicken Pasta Salad


Here's what you need:

1 cup of uncooked whole grain or spelt pasta

1 cup grilled and chopped chicken

1 orange bell pepper (chopped)

1 cup brocolli florets 

1/2 Extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup fresh garlic (chopped)

1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)


Directions: Cook the pasta then let it cool in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.  Mix in the ingredients, some salt and pepper, and enjoy!
